Things my baby boy is trying to teach me...
*Appreciate the little things. He drops whatever he is doing to watch a bird chirp in a tree. He follows potato bugs across the sidewalk until they are out of sight. He points out every airplane that he sees in the sky. He gets so excited when he sees any kind of animal, they make him so happy. He loves hugs. He loves to make fish faces. To him, dandelions are flowers. He loves to swing. He likes to shiver when he eats something cold and then laugh and laugh about it. He likes to taste everything, just so he can experience it to it's fullest. He loves to be chased. He loves looking at pictures of himself and his family. He loves making "funny faces". He likes to dance. He says "hi" to strangers.
He reminds me to find joy in even the smallest things that are around me. Maybe dandelions really are flowers. I guess it's just a matter of perspective!

That is so funny about potato bugs. My little man is the same way. They are just so curious about the things around them. It is nice to remember to take the time and enjoy it with them.
Sounds like having a house full of boys is going to be fantastic!
I really like this post. You're great, Marge.
That is such a cute post Margie. Don't you wish you could go back to being a kid again and have such a simple life? They just don't know how great they have it.
