So we spent this past weekend in St. George and had a great time for the most part. We got there late Thursday night, and on Friday we noticed Lincoln had a runny nose and a cough. We didn't think to much about it until late afternoon when it started getting a lot worse. We took him to the Instacare, and they tested his oxygen levels. The nurse started looking really nervous and told us we needed to go to the Emergency Room. I immediately do what I do best, I started bawling. The hospital was behind the Instacare so we drove there as fast as we could. Lincoln's eyes started rolling back because he wasn't getting enough oxygen, and I went from bawling to hysterical. Five hours and many tests later we finally got to leave. Lincoln is fine. He just had a bad case of bronchiolitis. We ended up taking him to get suctioned twice a day each day while we were there. It was a little traumatic, but we still ended up having a great time, and had plenty of time to enjoy a little shopping and the warm weather. We were there with our good friends TJ, Becca, and little Abby Delight. They were so much fun, and we are so glad they came with us. Here are a couple pics of the pool.

Oh I am so glad to hear that your little guy is doing better! I hate when they get sick, so many worries! But I am glad to hear he is better
Oh, come now, Margie. There are lots of things that you do better than bawling, like brushing your teeth, for example. You have a lot more practice brushing your teeth than crying I'd be willing to bet. But, from reading your blog it sounds like you cry better than you cook, which could be linked, actually. The more you cook the more crying practice you are likely to get in. I'm glad Lincoln is okay. Maybe he noticed that your crying was getting a little rusty and he just wanted to give you some much needed practice. Pretty thoughtful of him, eh?
I swear you have the worst luck well at least all you do is cry rather than cry and run around frantically in circles waiting for someone else to react! I am glad he is good what a crazy weekend luv ya
you are so funny!.. I'm gald everything's alright- and I'm bummed we missed out ( well at least I got to miss the whole putting on of the bathing suit part) we'll have to plan another- we have the whole summer to have so much fun!-p.s. my last day of work is next wed, the 30th. lets get together!!!!!
I go into total melt-down mode whenever anything happens to my beautiful baby. That's why I just can't have a lot of kids. I just can't handle the stress when things aren't perfect and happy.
I'm glad things turned out okay for him, and you. Be brave mom. Then teach me how to be brave.
OH MY GOODNESS, I would've been bawling too. Poor little guy, and poor mommy!
We went to St. George last week too, I wonder if we were there the same time?? Dang! But, while we were down there Dane got RSV again...is that what is going on with Lincoln? How weird if they caught it down there. Anyways, I hope you and him get feeling better:)
so SAD I am glad he is o.k and you enjoyed your time!
Man! That does sound pretty tramatic! I'm glad he is doing so much better now. When Reagan and I were looking at the pictures in the pool, Reagan said, "How come T has a tattoo?" Funny huh! The water from the pool on his arm totally looks like a tattoo. Funny!
Sorry I am commenting here on your comment! Friday was so fun! We will have to get together and watch some more Jazz games! Especially late at night when everything is hilarious! You can totally count on us to come to your parties!
